When I was Seeing my Therapist

I had conditioned myself so that as soon as I heard his voice on the machine on the phone, I entered an immediately blissful state.
Now, I've been able to suddenly get that blissful state when I listen to certain music.
Sarah McLaghlan's CD Surfacing, esp. "I Love You" (gets me there faster) does that for me. Hurray!

Thank you so much, I've been on writing and it's been wonderful the endorphins are flowing, my face is flushed, I LOVE that red red feeling... it's like after making love ... I'm in a state of bliss, I like it, and I like sharing it..
