For a month of holiday. I have an appointment for the 3rd of Feb. I must have been really stressed out. I don't remember going to our last appointment (though I must have gone to get the new card). Missed time from Thursday morning sometime till Saturday afternoon. I figure that probably means I went on a bender. I hope I didn't do / say anything irrevocable and / or embarrassing.
Waiting...
I really don't feel that there is any hope

yeah, ok, so she said she got burned out. But that was months and months ago. She's gotta be better now. I want to beg her and plead her to see me. Just for a while. Just till this situation gets sorted. I feel so lonely and so empty and so panicky and so stupid that I am not ok. WHY CAN'T I JUST BE NORMAL i hate myself so much

I have SO been where you are now. My old therp absoluely refused to treat me once he had terminated, and I suspect the same thing will happen to you. So, to avoid feeling even worse- please try not to go there.
OK- did you present therp leave the name of someone for you to see during the time he's gone? I thought they all did that- especially with those of us with borderline disorders. All I can do is tell you that as you get older it does get better- how old are you? By the time I was 30, I got to lose that diagnosis, I think it's called maturing out or something.
Please take care of yourself, judy

Yes. In my better moments I know that you are right. Then there is also the point that she didn't really burn out in general. Just with me. I figure that she would indeed be most unwilling to go there again.
Thanks.
