Wow that was very nice of both of you, almost made me cry. Thank you so much for paying attention to what i wrote.
Your notes made me realize that I am actually extremely nervous about it (more than i realized or have admitted to myself) and that it IS a big step, even if I am still in close touch with my former therapist. Doesn't matter, it's still starting to see a new therapist and starting a new relationship and trust and everything that comes with it. i guess i need to remember that i am not expected to trust someone on the first day! (or even first month or year!) And, that this is just a trial session anyway. but, it is still another step towards separating from my former therapist and that is very painful.
thanks again, i will let you know how it goes and it makes me feel a bit better going there knowing that i can come back here and report on it.
LG

Good thinking on this. It sounds like you are entering this in a very good frame of mind despite being nervous. I think that speaks well of you and your former T.
I hope it goes well.
Take care,
