hi
do any of you feel that you are always restless in life? always feel like you need to fix something before you can enjoy life? I realized I have been feeling extremely restless ever since I moved out of home - started college.
just wondering if anyone has a similar experience.

Hi Pinkeye, I am a lot like that in fact today while out to eat I just couldnt wait to get going cause I hated to just sit....anxiety IMO and then we went to the store and I wanted to get done fast...its like I am often in a hurry and have no reason to be...Its not like I have a meeting at the UN or something. I find when my stress levels are up thats when I get like this. The move and school could be why you feel this wAy...Also if I cannot exercise I cannot keep busy enough and then I feel bad anyhow cause I didnt exercise.

Constantly! I have had a restlessness inside me for a very long time. If I would just do this, move there, resolve that...etc. Yet the restlessness remains. I know that contentment has to come from within and I am working on it. It's a long, hard road though.
