mental disturbances

Listen, i dont really what change has taken place, but lately my thoughts have been intense and disturbing. My train of thought has been changed, my thoughts are unfamiliar, and begin racing.

I feel as i've lost mental stablity, i made a completely humiliated myself when i called 911 and said i was having a heart attack, but when i got the emergency room and just said "i ...i dont know, im going insane" and sent home saying its was just an anxiety attack.

After that i felt as an egg had splattered over my head, with tingling feelings and numbness over my face, and completely did not reconize anything, after that i dont rerember anything. But i talked to the nurse the next day claiming that I completely told them that I was fine, and i just became a little overwhelmed, nothing to worry about.

I do not rerember EVER doing that, and i argued but she said that was what was recorded. Also, i've had calls asking why i missed my appointments that i never made, with CPA's, banks, claiming that i made a called and checked in, along with unfamiliar phone numbers that was in my handwriting.

I dont know, i may just be having some memory difficulties. I may bring this up to my doctor soon. This may just be a simple memory problem.

I think the thing to keep in mind when looking at symptoms for all these disorders is that just about everyone has them (the symptoms) at one point or another. The key is how severely they affect your day to day life. And you really need a professional to help you determine that. The tendency to self-diagnose will probably only result in worry and anxiety. I know b/c I've been guilty of it!
