I mentioned several months ago that I had a psychiatric eval by a work comp hired psychiatrist that went on for almost 4 hours straight. I feel he was trying to break me down and in a way he did. My pdoc has requested his report and he still has not supplied it. I feel that I should report this guy. I have never done this and I wonder if it will hurt me. Please share your opinion.

This sounds awful. And yes, it sounds like you should report it. But I can't totally remember the full story. Why did you have to have the eval? Is your original post still around? (to save you explaining it all again)
