I have considered this because i really dont have a charismatic personality, and ually sometimes repel, even thought i despretly try to change my looks, look good, it still doesnt work.
Now i know it takes time, but can a personality be changed over months or years. THis is a celebration to me, because i now know there is finally hope i can look forward too.

In reply to can hypnosis change one's personality?, posted by mmcconathy on September 3, 2004, at 21:50:28
No, I didn't find it changed my personality, but I wasn't trying to obtain that result. I was trying to relax my anxiety.
I think hypnosis can help one over come fears that are road block to achieving a goal.
