I miss my extherapist so much right now, but I can see his face in my mind and hear his voice and that really helps. It has to.

(((((Susan)))) I'm so sorry you're hurting. I haven't yet known the pain of losing a T (the T I have now is the first one I've ever had), but I will lose my T once I graduate (probably next May, but no gaurantee she can see me until then; if not, then I'll lose her in December), but I know how it feels to just imagine not having her there someday, and it hurts even now to think of it. My T and I are really close....I don't know of your relationship with your ex-T, but I imagine in any case it would be painful. I wish I knew how to make it better, but just know I'm thinking of you. Would sending a letter to him/her help (or maybe just writing it)? Letting those feelings out may help some. Hang in there, hon.
