I wanted to update you to say that I went to my appt today and my psychiatrist was very interested in what I had to tell her but she told me not to get into the whole making myself sick bit and drinking...she said it can be addicting and that once i start it will be hard for me to stop..which I realize. She has increased my Lamictal and so we shall see what happens with that...she is going to talk with my therapist and inform her of our meeting and then, we will go from there...I hope this increase will help me...we shall see...:)

(((Pandabear))) good for you for telling the p-doc about what was happening. Fingers and toes are crossed for your increased dosage to do its magic.
Let us know how you do with the drinking/throwing up stuff.

Thanks for the update. I hope the adjustment will give you some relief. I feel that meds are like fine tuning an instrument and it does take patience.
This is the end of the thread.
