Weeeeeeeell, I talked to my T about not phoning back for 8 hours. He explained his policies to me...blah blah blah. He then apologized that he had not gotten back to me within a reasonable time and what had happened. He told me he could tell I was hurt and that he didn't intend to cause a problem. Whatever!!!! To top it off his office called this morning at 8 to tell me he needed to move my appt. up an hour. OK. I wish I had been quicker and said just forget it! At least I went and let him know my thoughts on saying one thing and doing another. However, he did seem genuine so I can't fault anyone for a mistake...soooooooooo we will see what happens in the future. One thing...I probably won't call again anytime soon.

At least you got it off your chest. And it has been my experience that you will find it shifts your relationship because your honesty was appreciated and he "owned" his mistake.
Call if you need to. Remember, martyrs only are known for their deaths. We want to keep you around...
