If you are having trouble with the office and the new T, certainly you can try going somewhere else. It sounds like a really difficult situation you are in. No wonder it is so hard. Perhaps you could consult another T, to talk about what you are looking for, what you experienced with your old T (briefly), and what you are doing with your current T. Maybe this can help you sort it out.
Another thought I had is you could talk with your current T about treatment goals. If your own goals are different from hers/his?, then that will make treatment more difficult.
Good luck in working this out. I really feel for you.

I'm sorry you don't feel you're getting anywhere at present. Can't add anything to gg's advice, but I'm thinking of you, you're having such a tough time.
Keep posting.

I'm always loathe to suggest that someone find a new therapist, but it can't hurt to look, can it? If you don't think this one is a good match?

Ahhh, hun... I'm sorry, I haven't been posting much lately as I've been busy.....
I think you should definetely try to find a new therapist, as your current one doesn't seem to be helping the situation much. Laying the "blame" on you isn't therapuetic or reasonable to help you in this matter. Is it possible for you to see someone outside of that current office? That may be your best bet.
I'm sorry it's so hard for you right now. And not having "someone in your corner" makes it even harder. It may be hard to adjust to yet another therapist, but in the long run, it may help you even more.
But, if you are still having problems facing the termination of your previous therapist, Please be sure to talk aobut that with yet another therapist until you finally receive the closure you need in this matter...
And don't let anyone tell you for a second that it was your fault. That is neither productive or accurate....
Hang in there hun! I know you'll get through this!
