My ex-therapist won in court on Friday. Her desire for a protection order against me was granted.
Someone remind me why I went into therapy to begin with?

Oh s&%$ I am so sorry. YOU went to therapy to seek the help of a professional ONE who would know how to end therapy in a professional way also. Sadly you didn't get that and I hope and pray your new T can help you see that and understand You come first and the help you deserve and will get from a PRO not the ex T
HUGS AND SORRY
