I stoped seeing my psychologist about 5 years ago, because I didn't think he was helping. I've been only seeing a psychiatrist all this time. Over the last few years talks with the psychiatrist have been getting into somewhat psychology, my sessions are longer. I wonder if I should just start back up with a only psychologist also. Maybe the meetings would be more benificial.

Sebastian,
Can you talk a little more about what you are looking for in therapy? Some psychiatrists can do a really good job with therapy. It's good that yours still works this way. So many just focus on meds. What was difficult about your old therapist (we call them T's here)? How is your psychiatrist different (pdoc)? Are you getting something out of it, or do you feel like it is time for a change?
