Hi,
I decided that I need to take a break from the board. A new college quarter will be starting soon for me and I need to focus on that. I don't think I will be posting again. This board has been very helpful to me, but I think in order to fully recover I have to get away. I hope everyone understands. Thanks to all. God bless! :)

But I think it's wise of you to do what is best for you.
Good luck to you in school, and in therapy.
And please remember how nuanced and not at all black and white your posts here have been. When you are tempted to judge yourself harshly, be as kind with yourself as you have been with others here.

I think a lot of us have hit rough spots here and taken a break (I most certainly have). I wish you all the best with college and please take good care of yourself- judy
