I saw that there had been new results published last month for the the vagus nerve stimulator implant on a web site:
http://www.healthyplace.com/communities/depression/treatment/vns/index.aspIt has shown good results for treatment resistant bipolar, with few side effects. They are going do a trial to see if it helps with headaches and anxiety, too. Has anyone tried this? And how do you get to participate in these trials?
