That is a very good article. The last pdoc
I saw was into cognitive therapy and I think
it is much more useful than talking about your
past.While it's true that many of our insecurities
and fears may have their roots in our past, we
can't do anything about the present unless
we change our ways of thinking. If we never
do that we are stuck with the negativities
of many years ago and we never change.Maybe it's just me---but may Freudian psychology
rest in peace.
