which is the most beautiful national park in the us?
have you ever been there and have you some remembrances?
I can imagine that these parks are very beautiful. People in Europe do like the vastness of big continents and countries. Because in Europe there is not that much space ratio people per square meter.
I recently read an article in the nytimes of the danger in the parks. People die there sometimes, when they are not cautious enough of wild rivers, waterfalls, mountains, rocks etc.
In Europe there are hundreds of smaller nature parks
in Spain, France, Switzerland, the old forest in Poland, north of italy...

One interesting thing about the US (in attempt to make this political) is that, while we have large amounts of public land in some areas private land is generally totally private with no public access to it.

To ask that is like asking about the most beautiful piece of music, etc.. I've been to many US national parks, and they all are magnificent. OK, the Grand Canyon is way more dramatic than Shenandoah, but they're so different that comparison is silly. Thanks to the interwebz, there are a zillion photos to look at. I suggest looking at them.

this is a typical image from the yosemite national park. I think that almost everyone has seen such a picture. Personally, I would not climb that wall.
The colors of the acadia national park look gorgeous.
