well, its likely that the bill that kennedy/baucus are writing/have written/will write will be up for debate and all by this fall. i think there is a consensus that one of the reasons the clinton health bill failed was waiting too close to the midterm election. i'm not sure if there will be much on the otehr bills, and if so i'd guess the wyden/bennet? bill would be it, although it has 0 chance of actually being enacted
