They won't have to be massive to change your world forever.
It will be two years, January 20, 2009, since my nephew, Brian Allgood, was killed in the first Blackhawk helicopter that was shot down in 2006. He died with 11 fellow officers and the pilot. Brian was the "head" doctor for all of the armed forces in Iraq. What a tragic waste of talent. He was a career soldier.
The politics of Brian's death are filthy and so hurtful to our family.
Brian was 42 and had a wife and a son 11 years of age.
Please send a thought to Washington that all of this will end soon. We can't have Brian back but we can prevent more families and friends from feeling the pain.
Pat
