Stalin had a library of some 20 or 30 thousand books, many of them annotated in his own hand.

These included the Russian classics, proof if it was needed that a good education is no moral use.

wow! i did not know that about him. yes, that is positive proof that education doesn't do it for everyone.

this is a stretch, but it is like the saying, "you can't buy class"....can't buy moral fiber either.
