Steven Colbert said of the "war czar" position that it's a shame there isn't already some kind of Constitutional provision already for a "chief commander," or an executive, or something like that to coordinate diplomacy, warmaking, and interact with Congress...

Oh, and Colbert proposed that Rumsfeld would be perfect. He's probably looking for a job anyway, and he's a "known known."
