I took it the same way Clearskies did.
As a sardonic political joke, basically saying.. nudge nudge wink wink.. everyone knows that they're taken advantage of
as cheap labour, so why keep them out.

Thank you. This is a sensitive topic for me and what with all the vigilantes toting guns along the border I guess I just wasn't too "swift" on the uptake, so to speak.
