Discovered the site, like so many others I would imagine, through The New York Times Magazine article yesterday. Am a member of Patients Like Me, also, but not finding it as helpful as I once did.
Dx is major clinical depression, general anxiety disorder, doing my best to manage with 'side-effexor', gentle exercise, yoga, meditation and still hang on to a demanding job.
