Today I went to Starbucks with the intent on getting a frapucino and got herbal tea instead. It also cost less. whoopiiiieeee!

I hope I'll be able to make the same wise decision as you when I go to a coffee shop next.
I need to start making healthy choices as I've kept the weight I've gained.
