Is this low blood pressure ?; I have.
After I've hyperventilated too long, I'll get hypotension, feeling I'm going to pass out.
I need a med to bring that anxiety down or I'll pass out.
I had a really bad time of this once, feeling pressure on the top of my head and during that time ad a stint of psychosis and/or paranoia. I repeated to myself over and over you are just imagining this until my doc called in the med and I got it.
But, after this incident, my nervous system seemed to have changed. Felt less strong. I've still got Monk working on that one.
Keep your anxiety under control.
I guess I'm not sure if you were asking a ? or just saying you have this. I apologize if I'm inappropriate in any way, I'm a total mess.
