Hi,
Does anyone know if Hashimotos can cause years of hypothyroidism with short intermittent bouts of mild hyperthyroidism? These bouts are getting relatively longer and are quite irritating. Anyone experience this?
Thanks,
Frustrated Nellie.

Yes me and it's happened now lost weight and anxiety is there but different. Doses of synthroid being changed takes so long to change six weeks minimum. The loss of weight is nice. But don't like this wierdness feeling. For 11 years was stable and then had some surgery and it messed it all up. So I'm not the only one. Was feeling so alone as the endo says the thyroid doesn't make you feel bad must be psychiatric and I do know my own body. Love Phillipa ps you've had the antibodies right mine are positive.
