All this weight loss not trying required a visit to internist who again tested thyroid his lab gave me a TSH of 0.655 normal that lab 0.27-4.20 and free T4 l.70 their ranges 0.93-1.70. So Free T4 is on the high range would this account for weight loss thanks Phillipa

Phillipa, you're still losing weight since your surgery? What other symptoms do you have? What does your doctor say?
Those results look pretty good to me, in fact, they're very similar to my own most recent labs. Do you feel the same, or do you feel like something's not right, thyroid-wise?

GeeGee really as according to this lab free t4 is the top of range. When and how do you take your med for thyroid I'm on synthroid. Take half a pill two days a week full five days. Love Phillipa internist did blood work and other than slightly low creatinine okay. He's not worried said to contact endo still waiting and yes have called twice for results on the TSH, free T4 and T3.

Unexplained weight loss and fatigue are alarming. You might want to consider getting a C-125 blood test if you haven't already.

I know that's for cancer I think the weight might be stabalizing I'm just so fatiqued and tired. Love Jan googled cancer weeks ago no symtoms. I do know that man who used to work as a bio chemist for the drug companies he has cancer of the stomach now had thymus cancer years ago b lymphocyte type and it does come from the thymus as asked him and he found out as lost 30 lbs for no reason. Love Phillipa and my mind has so many things it wants to do but physically can't that I don't think I'm depressed and can't call any docs as they just pass the buck so I have to figure out if being overly anxious inside could be doing this and cutting down on the benzos seems to make sense if I don't need them or do I see that type of thinking in itself is draining and one person is getting on my nerves on another board won't see this and then my husband saying he'd never have married me if he knew I'd get sick. And he's l3 years younger than me. Darn. Love Jan to you
