I scratch at my head w/ my nails a lot...not heavily, but get some dead skin, etc....
I was curious and googled it, and found dermatillomania! Wikipedia says it's when people scratch at/pick skin, including little bumps on arms/legs, etc....Now, I thought everbody did this...
Am I wrong??

I pick and pull at my cuticles when anxious or bored. I don't think it's a big deal. As what about the nail biters? Love Phillipa
