I woke up with my neck so stiff, it hurt to move it side to side and back. My hip got out of place earlier this week, I twisted or something. Maybe it is related to my neck or something. I just want to cry, I just want to feel good, emotionally and physically and it just seems like it will never happen.

I have had good results with chiropractic care in regard to pain & stiffness in my neck. I hope you find it gives relief.
