I've been through 3 Dulculax two nights ago, phospho-soda, and bottle of magnesium citrate, and still look 9mos pregnant, and my stomach is blown up and hard like a bowling ball.
What should I do?
No one in fam' seems concerned about me. None offered to take me to ER. What would happen once I went to an ER about this? Would a small bowel serious be done? How would they check to make sure I don't have a toxic colon? Any info appreciated.
This is a constant problem for me.
Has any1 ever been to a clinic for a colonic?

Before someone pops up here to say the usual on this subject, let me say I very much enjoyed my colonic irrigation and recommend it to anyone.
There seem to be several elements....
1. Bentonite, a clay like substance to get rid of toxins (O dear, someone will ask me to explain that and I won't be able to.)
2. Aloe vera
3. Chlorophyll
4. Psyllium.Anyway, you make up these gorgeous green thick syrupy drinks that look as if they must be good for you.
And as well, you have this series of colonics while you do that.
And it's kinda cool, though the actual process is a violation of established codes of modesty :)The nice thing is that while you're doing this you (what word should I use?) go maybe 3 times a day. The variable that controls this is the amount of aloin in the aloe vera (I think).

There are some other things I can think of that may be helpful.
1. Digestive enzymes.
2. Probiotics.
3. Nyastatin (should you have candida).
4. Should you lack HCl in your stomach, betaine may be a good idea.Wrong season for papaya and pawpaw I guess, but they are good, as is (maybe) pineapple. It's the papain and bromelain that can be helpful in digesting food
