Hi All,
What is the best juice for potassium? I have been getting leg cramps, and am quasi-fasting (not really healthy, but that's deliberate... long story) Anyways, as much as I enjoy suffering, the leg cramps are excruciating.hydratedly yours, llrrrpp

Most juices have a fair amount of potassium in them. I think V-8 style veggie juices are good, as is orange juice. Try these sites:

You can get the publication that shows foods in order of potassium content.

This site has EVERYTHING.Now, why are you still on your hunger strike? And can I talk you into getting out of it?

Ha, the hunger strike ended several days ago.
It was a compromise between part of me that wanted to die immediately, and part of me that wanted to wait and see. A form of self-injury, punishment. If you want to feel really crappy, just go back and read my posts on the psychology board during this time period. Fortunately, I am feeling much better in the last few days and am back to eating healthy. Thanks for the advice about the juice.yours,

Vitamin water! Bananas!
My grandmother lost a lot of potassium later in life and was eating bananas constantly to replenish it.
This is the end of the thread.
