By happenstance, I came upon a foundation
called "Life Extension" and a magazine which
covers issues of health through vitamins, lifestyle, etc. To my further amazement I discovered that Emory University has "life extension" as a source of further research.
Of all the people contributing to this field,
Professor Charles Nemeroff has done research on depression and heart disease, cancer, statins, and serotonin levels related to life extension.I'll be happy to live an average number of years in current statistics, in relatively good health.

I've bought lots of supplements from them :)
(Have I what)
Useful? Well, depression is hard to do much about. Leaving depression (or whatever it is) aside, I think LEF's great. I also got the help of a nutritional doctor, which dovetailed with it a bit. I'm in better health than I was 10 years ago. You live in the UK, hey? They are very libertarian; different from Australia....you know, the free market will work, abolish the FDA, that sort of stuff.
Their products are good.
