I think I have an essential tremor.
I'm pretty sure I don't have Parkinson's. My tremors happen only when I'm doing something with my hands, like drinking from a glass, putting on nail polish, writing, etc., they don't shake while resting.
I noticed it many months ago, when my writing deteriorated.
When I hold a glass of water to my mouth, sometimes my hand jerks and the water almost spills.
My left hand jerks and shakes a lot when I'm putting on nail polish.
The shakes decrease when I don't concentrate as hard and increase the more I concentrate.
:-( It's apparently a "benign" condition, but it still sucks.
Not good for working in a lab....not good for pouring concentrated H2SO4 <meek LOL>
I definitely cannot be a surgeon.
Should I get treatment for this? It's not too bad, but still annoying.
