Mild flu like symptoms

Posted by capricorn on April 18, 2006, at 7:08:05

Does anyone here get bouts of mild flu like symptoms ie achey joints/limbs,flushed/feverish,tired
and out of sorts that lasts from anything from 6-24
hours?
It's more an inconvenience than anything else. Maybe a stress -autoimmune type thing(?).

Uh, you need to give posts more than a few hours before deciding no one will reply.

But yes.. I get this quite often.. I kind of presume its connected to tiredness.. but could be stress.. I don't really know

I feel this way all the time; I have Epstein Barr and Fibromyalgia- they still haven't ruled out (or concluded on) lupus too.

So yes, I think it is autoimmune.

Poor thing, I know how miserable it is.

Have you noticed any weight loss as well?
