I'm getting small nose bleeds almost everyday right now. I used to get them a lot when I was little, but then they mostly stopped. I blew my nose a couple of times and I got them. I'm getting them in both nostrils, but not at the same time. I even got one today when I was washing my face and rubbing my nose. What could be the cause of my nose bleeds and what can I do to prevent them? Anyone have experience with this?
I'm guessing maybe one day I blew my nose too hard or something and broke some blood vessels and maybe they haven't had a chance to completely heal yet. Maybe I should just not blow my nose and be extra gentle in washing my face for a while.
Does anyone have any ideas on preventing them?
