i am taking vitamin B 3 B6 for first time and my skin is red and i have to scratch it,
i think its better now, but i already dialed 911:( :( :( my parents don't care

If B3 is niacin it can cause that but it goes away. POst on alternative. Love Phillipa

yes its niacin, it caused it, i think its gone
cant i take it anymore? btw the vitamin E in conjunction with vitamin C might help me like Larry Told me, but its first day cant judge how it will worsen my TD

Skin flushing is normal with niacin. You may be able to substitute niacin for "flush free" niacin or niacinamide.
