how can i find an internist-psychiatrist?

I am trying to find a doc board-certified/eligible in both internal medicine and psychiatry. I'm aware there are such combined residency programs out there, but for the life of me can't find a doc so dually-trained.

I've asked several docs, insurance companies, state licensing boards and just regular folks--noone can say. I've called the American Boards of Psychiatry/Neurology and Internal Medicine but their database cannot cross-reference someone boarded in both. And I just get the runaround when I contact the combined internal med/psych residency programs.

Any suggestions (I live in Michigan but also frequently visit upstate NY)?
