i have been feeling odd lately and was wondering if it could be signs of low blood sugar, too many medicatios in system, or not enough nutrients???....can anyone give me any feedback on feeling any of these : tingling sensation, cold numb skin, dizzy, lower back feels real tight and is tough to bend and straighten, get real hot then real cold, odd taste in mouth, stiff muscles disorientd---off balance? Have history of anorexia and have been on antidepressants for about 12 years now ..i think its catching up with me..

Well...there are so many things you mentioned and they all could be doing it.
But from my experience if your meds have not been changed it is not likely them. Are you on something new? Its sounds like it could be bloodsugar or lack of nutrients. I experience those same symptoms when I am not eating properly. Sounds like you should go get checked my your doctor?
