I was holding a heavy load box into my stepdads truck and it was straining so much, the veins in my head felt they expolded,
i feel wierd, ok is this more nuerological?
Im scared. I have a phobia of mentally deteriating, in speech and everything, god i dont want to talk about it.

> Some one awnser pleaseDude, I was a furniture mover for 12 years. (That's right, Hoover the Mover.) It happened every time I picked up a piano, or freezer, or whatever. Well, not every time, but frequently.
It's just you're paying maybe a little bit too much attention to stuff that just happens?

Like when you're going up in an airplane? What you're describing is no more dangerous than that, and I think is probably related.
If you do want something to worry about over this incident, worry that you were holding your breath and straining and that will give you hemorroids. It can, you know, that's why you have to breath when you're working with weights...
Seriously, kiddo -- you're fine. No problems from that, and a lesson learned: that's why you let someone else do the heavy work...
