I have read that food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (not the kind found at Wal-Mart) in a cup of water (like a tablespoon) can kill bacteria and kill candida?
I also heard Epsom salt can help cleanse the intestines and colon.
I want to make sure it's safe before I do it. When I asked the pharmacist about drinking the hydrogen peroxide, he about had a cow. LOL

No worries.. Lar explained the dangers of hydrogen peroxide. I won't be trying it.
I had joined a candida forum where one guy had this long article for me to read on how it cures everything.. he forgot to tell me it also will kill you.
Go figure.
