B-12 shots and acne/break out??

This can't be a coincidence. My face has been so clear the last many months- I even went without make up a few times because I've never had so few blemishes.

Anyway, I started up those B-12 injections and ever since I am having serious break outs. I'm too old for this.

Why would B-12 give me zits?

Any ideas? Maybe even the preservative in the liquid or something?

Online I read that a lot of b-12 can lead to acne break outs.
