That's what the urgent care doc gave me. I know it's a short-term thing, but it fixed my back right up! I had to take two though and I feel a bit light-headed. X-rays revealed nothing remarkable about my spine, so who knows what I did! I plan to see my GP next week, who also prescribes my psych meds, so I will ask about being evaluated for fibromyalgia. I've always had odd joint "injuries." I will ask about Neurontin and Lyrica too. Thanks so much for the suggestions.

Fibromyalgia has trigger points in upper shoulders front of shoulders and other places. And fibromyalgia causes someone to not be able to be touched without pain. Fondly, Phillipa
