It seems my coffee habit has no end, I am buzzed on coffe right now as we speak, I can not function in life without it. Not grean tea, not no doz, nothing else but coffee gets me feeling good. I am at a point of confusion, I want to quit but then I feel so terrible tired, cannot complete tasks etc, so I keep drinking more and more its getting ridiculous. I work until 230 am so sometimes and I drink coffee sometimes until 6 in the morning, its getting bad.

I was able to cut down by drinking my coffee at half-power. I had to do it slowly because I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine's effects (get nasty withdrawl headaches) but now I'm on low octane all the time. I sure do sleep better without all that go-juice.
Whether you make coffee at home or get it at Starbucks, it's an easy switch to make.

I am completely addicted to coffee. I need to quit. I drink about 4 mugs a day. The mugs are filled to the brim. I quit smoking, it is much harder to quit coffee. Go figure.

Could you try to switch one of your coffees a day to a tea? Make it a really small goal and make your very last one of the day a tea?
good luck this is something I need to work on too.
