Last week I had an impacted wisdom tooth extracted. And, well, my jaw hurts. What's good for dental pain. I'd appreciate some suggestions because I'm usually able to tolerate pain, but this is a nagging, empty sort of thing. I'm going to call the dentist to get a renewal of extended release motrin. He also prescribed percocet, but I don't know if that's the way I want to go. Thanks, Cockeyed.

Ultram and Neurontin are good choices if you dont want to go heavy on the narotic side, tho ultram can feel like morphine sometimes.
