Has anyone had this?
Some doctors ran some tests awhile back, and this showed up as being low. No one made a big deal about it, but I asked about it, and they put me on some B12 supplements. I don't know if they've helped. I don't know what typical signs and symptoms of B12 deficiency are, even though I've googled it and stuff because I've never talked to another person who has had the disorder. I have very tingly and funny feeling extremeties, loss of appetite, and fatigue. Maybe plus some other symptoms. I also have iron deficiency anemia that my dr never got around to telling me about (I can read my own charts on the computer), so I never got my supplements for that. Plus, I'm on a ton of meds and I'm still recovering from a chronic illness, so I don't know what's doing what do my body. Has anyone had B12 anemia and can describe what it does to your body? Thanks. CB

this is very common in chronic fatigue syndrome, therefore many of the symptoms of that illness may also be indicative of b12 defiency.
This is the end of the thread.
