This is kind of personal but something that has been really bothering me the last 6 or so months.
I have been having a horrible time with achy/sore/hard feeling breasts the week before my cycle.
It's to the point that they feel like they weigh 100 pounds each and could fall off on the floor.
Is there anything I can do about this??

I have tender titties for 2 weeks out of every month since puberty...recently I read about a pill spirolactone ( spelt probably wrong)that is a water reducing pill--not like a duretic but targets specific areas including breasts/lungs - docs now think its water retention in the breast tissue.
Caffeine makes them worse.
Mine get rock hard, projecting like torpedos, they may look nice but hurt like hell.

There has been at least 1 study showing Mg to be beneficial for premenstrual breast swelling/tenderness.
Good luck.
