They did the skin prick test today and out of the 60 things they tested me for (outdoor), I showed an allergy to 41 of them.
Several of them showed a severe allergy so now the dr. wants me to start allergy shots.
I went on remedyfind.com and it looks like the shots get some pretty mixed reviews. You either love them or hate them- several people claim they got lupus after they received the shots.
Anyone here have any success with them?? I don't know if I have much choice. They have me on Flonaise, Claritin D, Allegra, Advair, and Albuterol.
It is not helping.
Most of the things i"m allergic to are grasses and trees (which are all around here!) so unless I live in a bubble, I'm out of luck!

Spriggy,
I did this for years starting when I was 12. Did it help? I don't know. Haven't taken shots OR meds (except for cortizone nasal spray and allergy eye drops) for the last 10 years or so.
