I can understand a bit how you feel. I was diagnosed with lupus and fibromyalgia. Sometimes I wake up and feel as stiff as a board (today was one of those days).
I also get this horrible achy throbbing pain in my wrists and elbows. It makes me feel like i"m 80 years old.
Thankfully, it has gotten much better- it used to be daily now it's every blue moon.
Have you tried Aleve? Another thing they give me is an anti inflammatory called Piroxicam, it really seems to help the joint aches.I'msorry and hope you feel better soon.
This is the end of the thread.
