WHO reports on mental health

Reading some of these reports from WHO
makes one aware of how superiour mental
health care and awareness are in the West
compared to the poor and post-war developing
countries.

I was wondering if there is anyway for Dr. Bob's
Mental health links could be linked with the
government or Health care institutions to these
countries. Maybe they already are.
