I need two extractions and a filling.
Both my far back top ones need to go.
They got fairly much half of each tooth broken off them.
I can feel the pulp in the middle with my tongue.
I can't afford to go to the dentist...
If I keep up with taking panadol...
And go to the doc for some antibiotics...
Then will I be ok?
Whats the worst that can happen?
That I get a bad absess or something?

You need to go to the dentist.! Put the expense on a credit card, borrow money from a friend...ANYTHING. Abcessed teeth are nothing to play around with. If it hasn't already happened, you're face will most likely swell.

Wildflower is right. An abcess in a tooth can spread to your sinuses, your ear canal, and worse. It can mess things up and it would be a shame if you had to have teeth extracted as a result.
Please, Alexandra, get your teeth taken care of somehow!

WAH! It hurts!
Last time it got bad like this I took an anti-biotic to get rid of the infection and some painkillers and a few days later it was all better.
And it remained that way for... 6 months or so???
can't i just do that again?????
Have to go to the doc though. the pain is shooting me through the roof right. now. i'll try and go to the dentist. i'll really really try...

That the two that need to be extracted are actually my wisdom teeth. I didn't even know that they had come up! The doc said that there wasn't any hurry at all to get them pulled. She said that I needed to be careful about infection (that them being in there increased that risk) but so long as I got onto them quickly with anti-inflam's then that should be enough to prevent infection and I don't risk anything worse than that until such time as I get them extracted.
So I'll still have my teeth!
And just a single filling in whats left.
Happy day :-)
Another Happy day
